About the Role
Looking for a sharp, trustworthy, and detail-oriented personal assistant to help manage the penthouse apartment and day-to-day tasks for of a young entrepreneur in downtown Austin. This is a dynamic and flexible role - part home organization, part lifestyle management, and part creative problem-solving.
If you hold yourself to a high standard and love creating order, keeping beautiful spaces running smoothly, and getting things done, this role is for you.
Youll Be Doing Things Like:
Keeping the apartment polished and organized (everything in its place and running efficiently)
Handling returns, pickups, and errands (Amazon, stores, etc.)
Unboxing and assembling small furniture or household items
Restocking essentials and maintaining high-end appliances (coffee maker, air filters, etc.)
Preparing the space before guests, photo/video shoots, or work sessions
Occasionally sourcing items or props for projects
