Job Description
Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time physical therapy opportunity is available within a K-12 school district in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 10, 2026, supporting approximately 5 to 9 schools with caseloads of 30-40 students spanning elementary through high school levels.
Responsibilities include providing physical therapy services on-site across multiple schools, with visit frequencies ranging from one to several per month depending on each school's needs. The role requires effective management of a diverse caseload, collaborating with school staff to support students' physical development and educational goals. Typical school hours vary by grade level, with elementary schools operating 7:45 AM to 2:15 PM, middle schools from 8:30 AM to 3:15 PM, and high schools from 9:15 AM to 4:15 PM.
