$16.00-$21.00 an hour (based on experience) + Bonus (tied to business profitability)
Luci's Pizza bar is a newly renovated restaurant, bar and brand new kitchen that is attached to a bowling alley in Abington Massachusetts. We have used high end finishes and transformed the space into a flexible meeting space that caters to all age groups and demographics.
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable in the kitchen enough to lead a shift with one, maybe two other employees. A few days a week, with definite weekend hours. Monday-Thursday we don't open until 5PM during which most shifts are open-close. The opportunity for more time will always be there, there is a lot of opportunity here. We’d love to get someone in this role who has a passion for flavors and creative mind. Working closely with our kitchen manager this role can help us further build/ develop our menu.

o Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. (training provided)
o Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. (training provided)
o Maintain and strictly abide by State sanitation/Health regulations.
o Meet with Head Chef to review assignments, anticipated business levels, discuss changes, and other information pertinent to the job performance.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred, not required.
3. Fluency in English
4. SERV save certification
5. Compute basic arithmetic. Expand/condense recipes.
6. Comprehend and follow recipes.
7. To work well in a fast-paced environment.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Essential:
1. Lift up to 50LBS.
2. Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.
3. Reach high objects.
4. Remain in stationary position for long hours throughout work shift
