ABOUT THE ROLE: The Processing Agent provides on-site support for the trimming and processing of dried product by completing tasks assigned by the Processing Manager that include trimming, machine processing, and weighing product. This position helps maintain workspace cleanliness and follows strict quality control measures to ensure high-quality product.
Duties/Responsibilities - Learning and following company processing practices; Ensure daily compliance with policies including but not limited to; state compliance, security protocols, and company SOPs.
- Responsible for processing product while ensuring high quality and visual aesthetic.
- Work with team members and supervisor to meet or exceed all weekly and monthly production goals.
- Report all quality control issues to the Lead immediately.
- Maintain accurate records of processed flower to ensure proper product identification and quality control.
- Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of production area.
- Make sure tools and equipment are maintained and calibrated as needed.
- General cleaning duties, e.g., scrubbing and sanitizing trays and tools and cleaning miscellaneous equipment.
- Sanitizing rooms according to best practices.
- Adhering to strict biological security protocols to aid in the efforts of preventing contamination.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements - Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Prolonged periods of hand use
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
Must Haves Education and Experience: - To remain compliant with state law, you must be 21 years of age or older.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Desired Qualifications - Cannabis industry experience.
Rewards - Starting rate of pay is $15.00 per hour.
