Job Title: Warehouse Manager - Production

Location: Katy, TX

Schedule: Day Shift (Full-Time, M-F)

Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead shipping and receiving operations, oversee parts and inventory management, and supervise a dedicated team at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, demonstrated leadership skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and storage of materials.
• Manage inventory and parts organization using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and other best practices.
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates, ensuring a safe, productive, and team-oriented environment.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives using root cause analysis and lean methodologies.
• Ensure accurate documentation of inventory transactions and timely reporting.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., production, procurement, and quality) to support smooth manufacturing operations.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of shipping/receiving processes, inventory control, and parts management.
• Experience with root cause analysis
• Experience or exposure to continuous improvement
• An understanding of FIFO
• Manufacturing or production background is required
• Ability to effectively lead a team and communicate across multiple departments.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS), spreadsheets, and other standard software tools.
