Production Worker Pay: $22/Hour Location: Kent, WA Shift: 6AM-2:30PM

Job Description

Join our team in Kent as a Production Worker, where you will engage in a variety of tasks including machine operation, forklift driving, and packing materials for shipment. This role requires flexibility to assist wherever needed and the ability to perform tasks in colder conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery effectively.
• Drive a sit-down forklift to transport materials.
• Pack bags of materials for shipment efficiently.
• Assist in various tasks as needed.
• Lift and carry weights of 50-75 pounds.
• Work in cold environments when necessary.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and production tasks.
• Proficiency in machine operation and forklift driving.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Capability to be on feet for 10-12 hours a day, 6 days a week for the next 3 weeks.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred and considered a plus.

Work Environment

Work in an indoor/outdoor facility in Kent, primarily indoors. Be prepared to navigate a dusty and dirty gravel and concrete manufacturing environment with the loud hum of machines and active forklift operations. Embrace working conditions that involve exposure to various weather elements.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, Washington.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
