Job Description

A reputable community bank based in Wellesley, MA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a hybrid, 6+ month assignment (three days onsite, two remote). This role offers $40-$43/hour and runs Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM. The position begins ASAP, and equipment will be provided. The selected candidate will oversee multiple ongoing construction-related projects across several Massachusetts locations, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate multiple high-priority construction projects from planning through completion. Oversee permits, schedules, budgets, and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with codes, laws, and internal policies. Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external partners. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain detailed documentation. Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; PMP or CAPM certification preferred. 5-10 years of experience managing complex or construction-related projects. Strong organizational and communication skills; deadline-driven. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CAD knowledge preferred. Experience with permitting, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
