Rupesh Patel Home Selling Team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a successful business owner in the real estate industry. This individual will work directly with the CEO and will be at the helm of multiple very fast-growing, robust businesses. From the inner workings of business operations, business negotiations, and high-level marketing to owning the challenging moments and tasks that a successful business and family-first lifestyle is built on, you will get to experience it all firsthand. With a close relationship, you will learn his personality and voice and ultimately manage the majority of his day-to-day activities, scheduling, correspondence, project management, research, and errands - among other activities. Job responsibilities: The main role of the Executive Assistant will be to support the business owner in any way that helps him to be a better leader of the company and a better father/human. The role will be broad in nature and will consist of a wide variety of tasks.
