Our client, a leader in waste management and recycling, is seeking a Recycling Associate to join their team. As a Recycling Associate, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting sustainable practices and efficient waste management operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, aligning successfully with the organization's goals.

Job Title: Recycling Associate

Location: South Austin and / or Kyle

Pay Range: $17.50 - $18.50


Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:00am

What's the Job?

• Sort recyclable materials and inspect for reusable parts.
• Break down cardboard boxes and stack pallets efficiently.
• Operate balers to process various commodities.
• Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals.

What's Needed?

• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines.
• Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
