First-year OTE: $90,000–$115,000 (based on team averages).
OTE is an estimate and not guaranteed. Earnings vary based on performance.
Top performers regularly exceed $150,000+ annually
Full training and licensing support (no prior experience required)
Residual income potential on business you write
1099 Independent Contractor – build your own schedule
What You’ll Do:
Meet virtually with union families who request benefits
Present and explain benefit options
Assist with enrollments while following compliance guidelines
Grow your book of business and earn lifetime residual income
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Professional communication skills and self-motivation
Full-time availability (25–40+ hours per week)
Reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
