Roofing Service Tech Position:

We are searching for an experienced Roofing Service Technician/Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service work on multifamily and commercial properties and conducting complete roof inspections and repairs, including steep slope roofs.

Although this is not a traveling position, the ability to travel would be a great benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform necessary repairs and maintenance on roofing systems.
• Conduct thorough and complete roof inspections to identify leaks and common deficiencies. As well as locating leaks during some inspections.
• Set up and climb ladders(up to 40 feet) safely by yourself on occasion; familiarity with operating man lifts is not required but appreciated.
• Utilize roofing software applications (experience with CenterPoint or FCS is a plus).
• Maintain effective communication with clients and team members through email, texts, and phone calls.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of field experience in roofing and/or exterior(siding, gutters, windows, and doors) repairs.
• Strong background in maintenance, general repair, and construction preferred.
• A valid Driver's License is required.
• Proficient with smartphones for operational software and generally tech savvy with email and the internet.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; fluency in English is required.
