As a Music Sales Associate, you will focus on achieving personal sales goals while supporting the store's overall profit objectives. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Driving sales to meet and exceed your individual targets Promoting our Music & Arts lesson program to attract new students Networking with educators, community organizations, and places of worship to generate business Building strong customer relationships through effective sales presentations Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor Encouraging customer loyalty for repeat business Engaging in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance Ensuring store security and management of keys and alarm codes Completing other duties as assigned Why Join Music & Arts?
