We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the highest standards of Medication Management and Quality Assurance across our Texas communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor staff on state-of-the-art medication management practices, adhering to state regulations and our stringent company policies.
• Administer TB tests and perform routine nursing tasks to ensure resident well-being.
• Audit and evaluate the effectiveness of employee training and resident assessments, providing necessary guidance for improvement.
• Develop and implement a standardized RN delegation process across multiple communities, ensuring consistency and compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Design and lead comprehensive staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in medication management and resident care.

What We Look For:

• A current RN license and a willingness to travel to various community locations across Texas.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional attention to detail, patience, and a profound love for teaching and nurturing others.
• A positive attitude, with an eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a team dedicated to exceptional care.
