What You Need 2–3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with a solid understanding of search engine algorithms, local SEO, keyword research, and technical SEO. Experience executing and managing SEO strategies, reporting on performance, and contributing to campaign planning. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar. Clear communication and strong presentation skills, with the ability to summarize insights and establish next steps. A growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and ready to experiment with new tools and approaches. What You'll Do Own SEO strategy and tactical execution for assigned client accounts, tying recommendations to broader marketing and business objectives. Manage channel‑specific projects, develop detailed reports and KPI analysis, and support strategic planning with actionable insights. Collaborate cross‑functionally to support integrated marketing strategies and contribute to department‑wide success. QA and analyze data, create compelling presentations, and support the development of case studies and expert content. Suggest prioritization, identify root causes, and translate insights into solutions that move the needle. This position is located in San Diego, CA, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Remote candidates in approved U.S. locations will be considered if they are a good fit, but must be comfortable working during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
