Role Description:

Were looking for a Sports-Minded Sales Representative to join our team in Saginaw, MI. Just like in sports, this role is all about discipline, teamwork, and the drive to win. Youll learn proven sales strategies, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and have the opportunity to grow within our team.

This is a full-time, on-site position with hands-on coaching, performance incentives, and clear opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approach customers with confidence and professionalism
• Share product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions
• Support in-store promotions and brand campaigns
• Answer customer questions with clarity and enthusiasm
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management
• Collaborate with teammates to hit sales goals and exceed expectations
