Job Details

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily accounting operations of our organization, including record keeping, financial reporting, and budget management. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities:

• Record cash entries and reconcile bank statements on a daily basis
• Review journal entries and ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
• Assist with month end close
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and complete
• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 1+ years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
