TEAM MEMBER
We are all responsible for giving guests a great first impression of The Halal Guys. When a guest arrives at The Halal Guys, they must always receive a warm and sincere welcome, and as they depart, they should receive a heartfelt thank you.
Team Members should perform the following tasks with exemplary grace, thoroughness, efficiency, diligence, and style:
• Understand thoroughly and articulate with enthusiasm the details of The Halal Guys’ food menu and beverages.
• Anticipate what the guest wants and does not want.
• Know how and when to provide what the guest needs, wants, and does not yet know he/she wants, tactfully and with confidence.
• Take the extra step to turn good service into great service and make it an experience each guest will remember.
• Teach and lead other members of the service team.
• Act as the consummate host, always looking for ways to exceed our guest’s expectations.
Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the restaurant.
