IDR is seeking a Technical Proposal Writer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX . This role is within a company that specializes in professional services, focusing on managing various technical projects. The position involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant deliverables while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

This role focuses and specializes in reviewing and validating SOWs.

Position Overview for the Technical Proposal Writer:

• Oversee the full lifecycle of Professional Services Statements of Work, from scoping to approval
• Translate customer needs and technical inputs into clear, legally valid SOW documents
• Ensure documentation meets quality standards and internal SLAs

Requirements for the Technical Proposal Writer:

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, RFP responses, or legal document review, preferably with an IT background
• IT background 
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills, with familiarity with IT terminology
• Excellent writing skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret technical information from SMEs or engineers and translate it into clear, customer-facing language
• Experience managing multiple document requests and deadlines while coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Technical teams
