Job Description: Radiology Technologist\n\n

Position Overview\n

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Radiology Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Vascular and Neuro imaging and prior moderate sedation skills.

• Shift: 10 Hour Days, Monday to Friday (4-10s, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
\n
• Call Requirements: 1-2 shifts per week plus every 4th weekend
\n

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Perform Vascular and Neuro imaging studies on patients.
\n
• Administer moderate sedation as required.
\n
• Start IVs as necessary for imaging procedures.
\n
• Utilize EMR and PACS systems: EPIC and CUPID.
\n
• Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of imaging results.
\n
• Participate in department-specific orientation and training.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Valid state license and appropriate certifications (BLS, ACLS required).
\n
• Experience with moderate sedation.
\n
• Proficient in the use of imaging equipment and technology from GE, Philips, or Siemens.
\n
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
\n
• Must reside 50 miles away from the facility.
\n

\n\nWork Environment\n

This position requires a commitment to both weekday and weekend call. The Radiology Technologist will work in a state-of-the-art facility with 5 imaging rooms and access to advanced technology. The department supports a team-oriented culture with a focus on comprehensive patient care.

\n\nAdditional Information\n

Please note that scrub colors are provided by the hospital, and the selected candidate will undergo a two-week orientation. Cancellation policy applies: 2 shifts per 13-week contract. Must meet all submission requirements.
