Responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining client relationships by earning trust, understanding needs, offering targeted advice, and delivering exceptional service. Generating business results through existing client relationships and new client acquisition. Advising clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs. Partnering with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise. Connecting clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Ensuring solutions meet clients' short, medium, and long-term objectives through holistic, goals-based planning. Adhering strictly to risk, control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures. Qualifications and Skills Minimum six years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services. Bachelor’s Degree required. Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; candidates without licenses considered but must obtain within 90 days. Proven sales success and strong business acumen. Established community presence and network. Knowledge of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts. Client-focused with relentless dedication to service. Preferred Qualifications MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred. Proactive, initiative-taking, and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach. Deep knowledge of equity, fixed income markets, and alternative investments like Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
