JOB DESCRIPTION

This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests' experiences start off on the right foot by providing exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Responsibilities :
· Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at our establishment
· Direct guests on parking and the check-in process
· Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests they may have
· Safely and responsibly handle guest vehicles, including parking and retrieval
· Utilize manual transmission vehicles for parking when necessary
· Provide valet parking services when required
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the parking areas
· Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless guest experiences
Experience :
· Prior experience in customer service or guest services roles is preferred
· Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
· Familiarity with valet parking procedures is advantageous
· Bilingual skills are beneficial for interacting with a diverse clientele
· Experience as a delivery driver is a bonus
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly attitude
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Hourly + tips averages $23 Expected Hours: 35 – 40 per week
