Description:
We are seeking a detail oriented and analytical Business Analyst with strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring solutions meet business needs through rigorous UAT processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
Design and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business users, ensuring thorough testing and issue resolution.
Track and report UAT progress, defects, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design.
Support post-implementation reviews and ensure business objectives are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree .
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years in UAT coordination and execution.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Experience with UAT tools and defect tracking systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
Hands on Exp on SQL
