Warehouse Associate – Picker/Packer | $17.00–$19.00/hr

Our client, a leading beauty and cosmetics distribution center in Greenwood, IN, is hiring Warehouse Associates  to support their warehouse fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll help prepare beauty products for shipment to stores and customers nationwide. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy staying active, this could be a great fit.

Schedule & Pay

• Mon–Thur, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $17.00/hr  

• Mon–Thur, 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM | $17.75/hr  

• Fri–Sun, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $18.00/hr

• Fri–Sun, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $19.00/hrPeak Season Update:
  This role begins on the regular shift shown above. As we enter peak season, schedules expand to 6 days per week , providing plenty of overtime for those looking to boost their earnings.

What will you be doing?

• Picking and packing products using RF scanners

• Sorting, labeling, and preparing merchandise for shipment

• Replenishing inventory and organizing bins

• Assisting with receiving and general warehouse support

• Following all safety protocols and keeping work areas clean

• Climbing stairs as needed to retrieve items

What do you bring?

• A positive, team-focused attitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet throughout your shift

• Must be 18 years or older

• Warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
