If you have experience or are looking to start your career, apply below! About the Role Mix and match custom wood stains to achieve consistent, high-quality finishes. Apply stains, glazes, and topcoats to wood cabinetry using hand tools and spray equipment. Inspect wood surfaces for imperfections; sand, prep, and touch up as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Operate finishing tools and equipment, including sprayers, sanders, and drying booths. Follow finishing schedules to meet daily production goals. Maintain quality standards through attention to detail and color accuracy. Assist with additional tasks as assigned by the Finishing Supervisor. Ability to mix stains and match colors by eye with a high degree of accuracy. Skilled in hand sanding and orbital sanding techniques. Previous experience with wood products or cabinet manufacturing a plus. Must be physically able to bend, stoop, lift 20-50 lbs, and stand for extended periods. Comfortable using hand tools and spray equipment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic understanding of safety procedures and finishing best practices.
