This role would suit a service technician from a heavy equipment or agricultural background, looking to step away from the tools and progress into a leadership position.

The Role:

• Support service operations by processing work orders and handling warranties.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair and service processes.
• Coordinate technician workflow and ensure timely, quality service completion.

The Candidate:

• Strong mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in diagnostics and repair procedures for heavy equipment.
