• Join a hospital employed anesthesia group that consists of 3 MD's and 6 CRNA's
• Epic EMR
• CRNA's practice independently
• CRNA's do their own cases and their own epidurals, spinals, central and arterial lines and blocks (or we will train to do)
• Incredible work/life balance; schedule allows a week off every 6 weeks

• ER is a level 3 trauma; no heart surgery
