Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Santa Clara, CA. This role comes with excellent career advancement potential as Aeonsemi goes through its fast growing stages. The Finance Manager will be responsible for financial reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting its growth strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring financial operations, preparing financial statements, managing tax filings, and analyzing financial performance to make informed business decisions. As part of the lean startup team, the Finance Manager will work closely with cross functional teams to support business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting principles.
• Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and cost management strategies.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, and ERP system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Prior experience in fabless semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to manage and interpret complex financial data.
