The role you'll contribute: Responsible for developing strategies to drive outcomes and accountability that will increase patient satisfaction. This position collaborates with leaders, physicians, staff, and vendors to ensure a mission-driven and safe experience for patients, their families, guests, and team members. The value you'll bring to the team: Provides support and consultation for developing department-specific patient surveys. Identifies trends in complaints and refers quality of care and safety issues to appropriate leadership. Trains staff on Patient Experience to ensure consistent and high-quality service. Facilitates strategic and operational changes to improve patient experience. Collaborates with leadership to drive decision-making and establish long-term goals. Translates key strategic priorities into comprehensive plans and operational processes. Other duties as assigned.
