Position Summary:
Choice 1 Rental, LLC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team in Florida. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering excellent customer service, building client relationships, and achieving sales goals. In addition to handling rentals, you’ll also play a role in marketing RVs for sale, maintaining online listings, and promoting our services on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to rental inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
Provide accurate quotes, availability, and rental terms to prospective customers
Assist clients in selecting RVs suitable for their event housing or recreational needs
Handle reservations for up to four locations, ensuring accuracy and availability
Publish RVs for sale on the company website and keep listings fresh, accurate, and inviting
Run engaging Facebook postings and promotions for RV rentals
Maintain booking records and follow up with leads
Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth rental processes
Travel twice a year to company locations to learn and observe processes onsite
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
Previous sales or customer service experience (RV, vehicle rental, or used car sales experience strongly preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems, online platforms, and social media for marketing
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in or able to work in Florida
