We are seeking a dynamic Interim Clinical Educator of Women's & Children's to join our team and help shape the future of nursing excellence. In this role, you will serve as an educator, consultant, facilitator, change agent, leader, and researcher—supporting the growth of bedside nurses and clinical support staff through evidence-based practice and lifelong learning.
LOCATION: Saint Agnes Medical Center, Fresco, CA
WEEKS: 13 Weeks
HOURS: 40 Hours
Pay: $3900.00 Gross Weekly Rate (includes $1300 tax free stipend)

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or related health field (required); Master’s degree (MSN or related) preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of Educator experience in Women's & Children's.
Current RN licensure in the State of California.
National certification in area of specialty (required within 18 months of hire).
Current AHA Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
AHA ACLS/NRP certification (as applicable).
National certification in Nursing Professional Development (preferred).
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in educational program facilitation.
Excellent communication, teaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving healthcare environment.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements of a FirstChoice Nurse:

• Registered nurse with a license in the state(s) you will work
• Minimum of 2 years, depending on specialty area
• Cannot hold a concurrent position at a Trinity Health facility
